摘 要:采用水泥、粉煤灰、矿渣、石灰、钙基膨润土和羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)作为固化剂,对风化泥质粉砂岩进行固化改良处理。结果表明:按上述原料用量分别为34.8%、15.0%、30.0%、15.0%、5.0%、0.2%制备固化剂,且固化剂用量为风化泥质粉砂岩的5%,用水量为固化剂质量的1.9倍时,固化改良后的风化泥质粉砂岩工程性质最优,固化试件7 d无侧限抗压强度、7 d饱水无侧限抗压强度和水稳定性系数分别达1.68 MPa、1.55 MPa和92.26%,符合公路路基设计规范值要求。固化剂中无机胶凝材料的水化作用、有机聚合物胶凝作用、改变电动电位作用和各组分之间相互作用所产生的协同效应,共同提高了风化泥质粉砂岩的水稳定性、强度和整体性。与原计划施工方案相比总施工成本可降低约20%。This article uses cement,fly ash,slag,lime,calcium based bentonite,and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(HPMC)as curing agents to improve and solidify the weathered argillaceous siltstone.The results show that:When the raw material ratio of the curing agent is 34.8%、15.0%、30.0%、15.0%、5.0%、0.2%,the amount of curing agent used is 5%of weathered siltstone,and the amount of water added is 1.9 times that of weathered siltstone,the engineering properties of the weathered siltstone after solidification reach their optimal level.The 7-d unconfined compressive strength,7-d saturated unconfined compressive strength,and water stability coefficient of the solidified specimens are reached 1.68 MPa,1.55 MPa,and 92.26%,respectively,meeting the requirements of the highway subgrade design specifications.The hydration mechanism of inorganic cementitious materials in the curing agent,the cementitious mechanism of organic polymers,the mechanism of changing the electromotive potential,and the synergistic effect generated by the interaction between each component jointly promote the significant improvement of the water stability,strength,and overall integrity of weathered argillaceous siltstone.Compared with the original construction plan,the total construction cost of this research plan can be reduced by about 20%.
