内蒙古阴山南麓地区生土砌体材料改性研究

摘  要:在内蒙古阴山南麓地区的生土中掺入莜麦秸秆、羊毛纤维、糯米浆以及甲基硅酸钠,通过正交试验对生土材料进行复合改性,研究不同掺量下各改性材料对改性生土试件抗压强度、导热性能的影响规律,并确定最优配合比。结果表明,高抗压型改性生土材料最优配合比为:整体含水率18%,莜麦秸秆掺量为0.6%,羊毛纤维掺量为0.6%,糯米浆掺量为2%,甲基硅酸钠掺量为1.5%。相较于素土试件其抗压强度提高了65.6%,导热系数减少了8.0%。低导热型最优配合比为:整体含水率18%,莜麦秸秆掺量为0.6%,羊毛纤维掺量为0.6%,糯米浆掺量为2%,甲基硅酸钠掺量为0.7%。相较于素土试件其抗压强度提高了50.5%,导热系数减少了16.6%。Oat straw,wool fibre,glutinous rice pulp and sodium methylsilicate were mixed into the raw soil from the southern foot of Yinshan Mountain in Inner Mongolia,and the composite modification of raw soil materials was carried out through orthogonal test,to study the influence of each modified material on the compressive strength and thermal conductivity of modified raw soil specimens under different dosage and to determine the optimal mixing ratios.The results show that the optimal mixing ratio of modified raw soil material with high compressive strength is as follows:the overall water content is 18%,the dosage of oat straw is 0.6%,the dosage of wool fibre is 0.6%,the dosage of glutinous rice pulp is 2%,and the dosage of sodium methyl silicate is 1.5%.The compressive strength was increased by 65.6%and the thermal conductivity was reduced by 8.0%compared with the plain soil test block.The optimal mixing ratio of low thermal conductivity type is 18%of overall moisture content,0.6%of oat straw,0.6%of wool fibre,2%of glutinous rice pulp and 0.7%of sodium methyl silicate.The compressive strength was increased by 50.5%and the thermal conductivity was reduced by 16.6%.
