摘　　要：中国共产党自成立以来一直非常重视农民利益。中国共产党维护和发展农民利益的道路大致经历“利益单一化”初探期、“利益集体化”发展期、“利益多元化”高潮期、“利益协同化”攻坚期四个阶段。农民利益整体实现从救农、兴农、富农到强农的跨越式转变。历史证明,必须坚持中国共产党对“三农”工作的全面领导、坚持以农民利益为中心的根本立场、坚持以维护农民权益为导向的制度建设、坚持系统观念和守正创新相统一的基本方法。聚焦新时代新征程,维护和发展农民利益必须以基层党建为抓手进一步坚持党的领导,以“1+1”合力为抓手进一步提升农民主体地位,以农企产业利益链为抓手进一步完善农民利益保障机制,以新质生产力为抓手进一步促进农民共同富裕。Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the interests of farmers.The road of the Communist Party of China to safeguard and develop the interests of farmers has roughly experienced four stages:the initial stage of“simplification of interests”,the development stage of“collectivization of interests”,the high tide of“diversification of interests”and the critical stage of“synergy of interests”.The interests of farmers as a whole realized the leapfrog transformation from saving agriculture,revitalizing agriculture,enriching farmers to strengthening agriculture.History has proved that we must adhere to the CPC’s overall leadership over the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,adhere to the fundamental position of centering on the interests of farmers,adhere to the institutional construction oriented to safeguarding the rights and interests of farmers,and adhere to the basic method of the unity of system concept and integrity and innovation.Focusing on the new journey of the new era,to safeguard and develop the interests of farmers,we must further uphold the leadership of the CPC with the party building at the grassroots level as the starting point,further enhance the main position of peasants by taking the“1+1”joint force as the starting point,further improve the farmers’interest guarantee mechanism by taking the agricultural industrial interest chain as the starting point,and finally further promote the common prosperity of peasants by making use of the new quality productivity.
