数字经济对现代化产业体系建设的影响研究——基于中介效应模型和门槛效应模型的检验

摘　　要：现代化产业体系作为现代化国家的物质技术基础和重要标志,是中国在未来发展和国际竞争中赢得战略主动的关键所在。基于2013—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,在测度数字经济和现代化产业体系建设水平基础上,探讨数字经济对现代化产业体系建设的作用机制及影响效果。结果显示:数字经济发展有助于现代化产业体系建设,激发大众创业和提升市场化水平是数字经济释放现代化产业体系建设红利的重要途径,数字经济对现代化产业体系建设的积极影响在空间和时间上存在较大差异,且在东部区域及数字经济重大事件后,数字经济对现代化产业体系建设的赋能作用更强。未来,我国应强化顶层设计和整体统筹能力,完善数字经济治理体系;破解创业主体融资难和融资贵等难题,提升创业活跃度和新创企业质量;降低行政干预力度,激发市场主体竞争活力,以促进数字经济高质量发展和推进现代化产业体系建设。The modern industrial system,as the material and technological foundation and an important symbol of a modern country,is the key to win the strategic initiative in China’s future development and international competition.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper discusses the mechanism and effect of digital economy on the construction of modern industrial system based on the measurement of the construction level of digital economy and modern industrial system.The results show the development of digital economy is conducive to the construction of modern industrial system,and stimulating mass entrepreneurship and enhancing marketization is an important way for digital economy to release the dividends of modern industrial system construction.The positive impact of digital economy on the construction of modern industrial system varies greatly in space and time.And after major events in the eastern region and digital economy,the digital economy has a stronger enabling effect on the construction of a modern industrial system.In the future,China should strengthen the top-level design and overall planning capabilities,and improve the digital economy governance system.It is also important to solve the difficulties of financing and expensive financing for entrepreneurial entities to improve the activity of entrepreneurship and the quality of new enterprises.In addition,the intensity of administrative intervention should be reduced and the vitality of competition among market players be stimulated in order to promote the high-quality development of digital economy and promote the construction of modern industrial system.
