微喷砂对涂层金属陶瓷刀片的表面状态与性能的影响

摘  要:涂层金属陶瓷刀片具有优异的耐磨性、耐热性以及化学稳定性等优点,其耐磨性受涂层后的表面特征、应力状态等影响。采用不同喷砂压强对CVD涂层金属陶瓷刀片后处理,研究其对CVD涂层金属陶瓷刀片的表面特征及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,其对涂层金属陶瓷刀片表面会呈现出不同程度的冲蚀磨损,经喷砂处理后的涂层金属陶瓷刀片表面粗糙度逐渐降低,表面残余应力从拉应力转变为压应力,表面硬度和刀具的耐磨性也得到提高。The coated cermet inserts have the advantages of excellent wear resistance,heat resistance and chemical stability,and their wear resistance is affected by the surface properties and stress state after coating.In this paper,CVD coated cermet inserts are post-treated with different sandblasting pressure,and the influence of sandblasting process on the surface properties and wear resistance of coated cermet inserts is investigated.The results show that the surface of coated cermet inserts has different degrees of erosion wear,and the surface roughness of the coated cermet inserts after sandblasting treatment is gradually reduced,the residual stress on the surface is transformed from tensile to compressive,the surface hardness is improved,and the wear resistance of the tool is also greatly improved.
