摘  要:针对制造企业外协价值被低估、人工决策不合理的问题,提出一种改进鲸鱼动态调度算法,以制定合理外协决策和外协价值最大化。构建考虑拖期成本、库存成本和外协成本的混合整数规划模型,设计了针对工序、机器、外协、产品和装配特点的编解码策略,设计了3种针对性强的动态领域结构,最后根据企业实际数据设计实验算例,通过对比验证了算法的有效性。结果表明:合适的外协能显著提高按时交期率,减少高负载情况下车间的拥堵,从而减少总成本。将此混合求解算法应用于生产系统实践,集成为自适应调度系统,可为车间调度决策提供帮助。In view of the problem of undervalued outsourced value and irrational manual decision-making in manufacturing enterprises,an improved whale dynamic scheduling algorithm was proposed to make rational outsourcing decisions and maximize outsourcing value.A mixed integer programming model considering delay costs,inventory costs and outsourcing costs was constructed.Specific encoding and decoding strategies were designed for process,machine,outsourcing,product and assembly characteristics,three highly targeted and dynamic domain structures were designed.Finally,the experimental examples were designed based on actual enterprise data,and the effectiveness of the algorithm was verified through comparison.The results indicate that appropriate outsourcing can significantly improve on-time delivery rates,reduce congestion in workshops under high load conditions,and consequently reduce total costs.Applying this mixed solving algorithm to production system practice,it can integrate into an adaptive scheduling system to assist workshop scheduling decisions.
