摘 要:液压系统在航空航天、能源运输等低温环境中应用广泛,液压元件密封的可靠性直接影响设备的性能与安全。低温会造成液压元件密封材料脆化、弹性降低、摩擦增加等,从而导致液压元件密封装置泄漏,进而使密封性能下降。对液压元件密封进行分类,并从密封材料、密封失效、密封性能优化3个方面阐述了低温液压元件密封的研究现状。分析了影响液压元件密封寿命的因素,以及低温环境下密封件密封、间隙密封和磁流体密封3种密封方式对液压元件低温密封性能的影响,综述了低温液压元件在理论模型、性能评估、材料选择和优化等方向的前景,可以为推动低温环境液压元件密封技术的发展提供参考。Hydraulic system is widely used in low-temperature environments such as aerospace,energy transportation,etc.The sealing reliability of hydraulic component directly affects the performance and safety of equipment.Low temperatures can cause changes such as embrittlement of hydraulic component sealing materials,reduced elasticity and increased friction,which will lead to leakage from hydraulic component sealing devices,and then reduce the sealing performance.The seal of hydraulic components were classified,and the sealing research status of low-temperature hydraulic components was described from three aspects:sealing materials,sealing failures and sealing performance optimization.The factors affecting the sealing life of hydraulic components were analyzed,and the effects of contact sealing,clearance sealing and magnetic fluid sealing on the sealing performance of hydraulic components at low temperature were analyzed.The prospects of low temperature hydraulic components in theoretical model,performance evaluation,material selection and optimization were reviewed.It provides a reference for promoting the development of hydraulic components sealing technology in low temperature environments.
