摘  要:激光熔覆是一种通过粉末熔化沉积来制造或修复金属零件的增材制造技术,是零件修复的重要手段之一。对熔池形貌进行实时监测与闭环控制是当下的研究热点之一。对熔池形貌的实时监测与闭环控制现状进行总结,对熔池图像的处理和熔池信息的提取进行回顾分析,并提出了熔池形貌监测进一步的发展趋势。Laser cladding is an additive manufacturing technology which manufactures or repairs metal parts through powder melting deposition,and is one of the important means of part repair.The real-time monitoring and closed-loop control of molten pool morphology is one of the current research hotspots.The status quo of real-time monitoring and closed-loop control of molten pool morphology was summarized,the processing of molten pool images and the extraction of molten pool information were reviewed and analyzed,and the further development trend of melt pool morphology monitoring was proposed.
