摘  要:激光选区熔化(selective laser melting,SLM)具有成形零件致密度高、尺寸精度高、表面粗糙度小、力学性能好等特点,因而具有较好的工程应用前景。根据某型民用航空发动机的设计准则和民航适航规章,通过理论分析、数值建模、试验研究等方法,对SLM成形AlSi10Mg合金传动机匣这一形状复杂的发动机结构件的可行性进行了全面研究。结果表明:SLM成形AlSi10Mg合金的组织和性能符合适航规章CCAR25部的要求,附件传动机匣可以选择SLM成形的AlSi10Mg合金材料。530℃/30 min,水冷+165℃/6 h,空冷的T6热处理可以有效改善SLM成形AlSi10Mg材料的各向异性,并在一定程度上提高材料的屈服强度和伸长率,但会降低材料的抗拉强度。附件传动机匣按适航要求进行最大允许的限制载荷和极限载荷的试验考核或分析。经过有限元分析,限制载荷下SLM成形的AlSi10Mg合金附件传动机匣不会出现变形,符合适航规章要求;但在极限载荷下,附件传动机匣的最大应力高于SLM成形AlSi10Mg合金的抗拉强度。经试验验证,SLM成形的AlSi10Mg机匣内部管路在适航规章规定的压力下不会出现泄露或破裂。Selective laser melting has the characteristics of high density,high dimensional precision,small surface roughness and good mechanical properties of the forming parts,which has good engineering application prospect.According to the design criteria of a certain civil aviation engine and the regulations of civil aviation airworthiness,the feasibility of SLM forming AlSi10Mg alloy drive engine casing was comprehensively studied by using theoretical analysis,numerical modeling,experimental research and so on.The results show that the microstructure and properties of SLM formed AlSi10Mg alloy meet the requirements of airworthiness regulation CCAR25.The accessory drive casing can use the SLMed AlSi10Mg alloy.T6 heat treatment of 530℃/30 min,water cooling+165℃/6 h,air cooling can effectively improve the anisotropy of SLMed AlSi10Mg and improve the yield strength and elongation of the material to a certain extent,but reduce the tensile strength of the material.The accessory drive casing shall be tested under the maximum allowable limit load and ultimate load according to the airworthiness requirements.After finite element analysis,the AlSi10Mg alloy accessory drive casing formed by SLM under limit load will not be deformed and meets the requirements of airworthiness regulations.However,under the ultimate load,the maximum stress of the accessory drive casing is higher than the tensile strength of the SLMed AlSi10Mg alloy.The test verified that the SLMed internal pipeline of the AlSi10Mg casing does not leak or break under the pressure specified in the airworthiness regulations.
