摘  要:基于元胞自动机和粉末尺度的热流耦合模型,提出一种气孔处三维微观组织模拟方法。利用MATLAB构建元胞自动机模型,对增材制造钛合金Ti-6Al-4V的二维微观组织进行模拟,其模拟结果与实验结果吻合。通过FLOW-3D和EDEM软件联合仿真,利用有限体积法对三维多道次的粉末床熔融过程进行仿真,得到了温度场信息。将元胞自动机模型拓展到三维尺度,把得到的温度场数据导入元胞自动机模型,对孔洞位置处的微观组织进行数值模拟,得到了微观组织分布。该方法有助于构建金属增材制造工艺设计、缺陷表征、性能评价多尺度模型,以及用于晶粒、缺陷分布和疲劳寿命等信息预测。A three-dimensional microstructure simulation method for gas pores was proposed based on a coupled thermal flow model of cellular automata and powder scale.A cellular automaton model was constructed using MATLAB to simulate the two-dimensional microstructure of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V produced by additive manufacturing,and the simulation results were consistent with the experimental results.Through the joint simulation of FLOW-3D and EDEM software,the finite volume method was used to simulate the three-dimensional multi-pass powder bed melting process,and the temperature field information was obtained.Expanding the cellular automata model to a three-dimensional scale,the obtained temperature field data was imported into the cellular automata model to numerically simulate the microstructure at the hole location,and the microstructure distribution was obtained.The method helps to construct a multi-scale model for metal additive manufacturing process design,defect characterization,performance evaluation,and it is used for predicting information such as grain size,defect distribution and fatigue life.
