有线网络前端播控集成平台安全播出保障技术探讨——以阳江广播电视台为例

摘　　要：随着三网融合的不断深化和新媒体业务的快速发展,有线电视网络所承载的业务日益多元,网络架构日趋复杂,对安全播出能力提出了更高要求。基于此,介绍阳江广播电视台前端播控平台的总体架构,围绕系统安全性设计、监测预警机制、应急处理方案3个主题剖析该平台的安全播出保障技术,分析该平台对安全播出水平提升的显著效果。With the deepening of the integration of the three networks and the rapid development of new media services,the services carried by cable television networks are increasingly diversified,and the network architecture is increasingly complex,which puts forward higher requirements for safe broadcasting capabilities.Based on this,this paper introduces the overall architecture of the frontend broadcast control integrated platform of Yangjiang radio and television station,analyzes the safe broadcast guarantee technology of the platform around three themes of system security design,monitoring and early warning mechanism,and emergency treatment scheme,and analyzes the significant effect of the platform on improving the level of safe broadcast.
