摘  要:常规的新闻演播室系统主要依赖自动化控制,但大量的自动化应用增加了系统的运行负担,进而影响新闻制作的实时性与稳定性。鉴于此,设计基于网际互连协议(Internet Protocol,IP)电影和电视工程师协会(The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers,SMPTE)2110流的新闻演播室系统。在硬件层面,该系统配备HDVF-L750//CCN彩色寻像器和IP画面分割器;在软件层面,建立演播室IP SMPTE2110流标准协议,以此作为演播室内媒体传输的基础,确保演播室内视频、音频和辅助数据的高质量传输。此外,开发新闻演播视频格式文件读取程序,该程序能够分析新闻演播视频文件的格式和编码标准,确定需要支持的文件类型,从而满足新闻演播视频文件的读取与播放需求。经过测试,系统的运行性能较好,具备实际应用价值。The conventional news studio system is mainly based on automatic control,and a large number of automation applications increase the operating burden of the system,affecting the real-time and stability of news production.Therefore,this paper designs a news studio system based on Internet Protocol(IP)The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers(SMPTE)2110 stream.In terms of hardware,design HDVF-L750/CCN color finder and IP picture divider.In terms of software,the studio IP SMPTE2110 streaming standard protocol is established,and the SMPTE2110 streaming standard is used as the basis for media transmission in the studio to ensure high-quality transmission of video,audio and auxiliary data in the studio.In addition,a program for reading news broadcast video format files has been developed,which can analyze the format and encoding standards of news broadcast video files,determine the file types that need to be supported,and meet the requirements for reading and playing news broadcast video files.After testing,the system has good operational performance and practical application value.
