摘 要:石油和化学工业是国民经济的支柱产业,因其高能耗、高碳排放、高污染的特点,是“碳达峰、碳中和”总体目标实现过程中必须重点关注的产业。近年来,采用清洁可再生能源替代化石能源成为石油和化学工业发展的方向,但可再生能源的间歇性和不稳定性限制了其在石油和化学工业中的直接应用。绿氢作为可再生能源转化的重要媒介,是替代石油和化学工业中化石资源应用,促进行业绿色低碳发展的关键载体。本文综述了石油和化学工业主要用氢工艺和氢能热电利用发展现状,探索绿氢在石油和化学工业中转化利用的主要途径、典型石油和化学工业热能和电能的氢能替代,阐明了绿氢在石油和化学工业中的应用途径,提出可再生能源绿氢在石油和化学工业应用过程中面临的主要困境和对策,将有助于双碳目标下绿色低碳石油和化学工业体系的构建。The petrochemical and chemical industry is one of the most important industries due to its diverse range of products in our lives The development of petrochemical and chemical industry under carbon peak and carbon neutrality constraints has caught much attention for its high energy consumption,carbon emission and polluting process.Recently,the replacement of fossil fuels by renewable energy in the petrochemical and chemical industry grows fast for the reducing of carbon emission and pollution.However,the intermittency and variability of renewable energy limit its direct application in the industry.Green hydrogen,as an important intermediary for extending the use of renewable energy,is considered a key green and low-carbon energy source for upgrading the petrochemical and chemical industry.This work focuses on the utilization and production of hydrogen in chemical process and aims to summarize the main forms of hydrogen use in the petrochemical and chemical industry.Finally,the feasible ways to utilize green hydrogen in traditional petrochemical and chemical process are discussed for the low-carbon development of petrochemical and chemical industry.
