摘 要:通过室内试验对比研究了AC-13、SMA-13与AR-AC-13三种不同级配橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能,并对SMA-13橡胶沥青混合料的实际应用效果进行了验证。研究结果表明:相比于普通AC-13沥青混合料,不同级配橡胶沥青混合料在高低温、水稳定及抗疲劳性能等方面均得到了不同程度提升,其中高温性能提升最为显著,提升了约217%~337%、低温抗裂性能提升了约17.7%~89.3%、水稳定性能提升了约1.3%~19.5%、抗疲劳性能提升了约30.6%~186.8%;3种级配相比,SMA-13的高低温性能、抗疲劳性能表现最佳,相比于普通AC-13沥青混合料,高温性能提升了337%、低温抗裂性能提升了约89.3%、抗疲劳性能提升了约186.8%,水稳定性能与AR-AC-13级配相近,提升了约15.6%,综合路用性能最佳。工程应用表明:路面上面层采用橡胶沥青混合料SMA-13后,路面平整度高,无车辙、裂缝、松散等病害产生,路面的综合路用性能优异,长期使用效果较好。This paper compared the road performance of the asphalt mixtures with three different rubber gradations,AC-13,SMA-13,and AR-AC-13 by indoor tests,and verified the actual application effect of the SMA-13 rubber asphalt mixture.The results showed that compared with the ordinary AC-13 asphalt mixture,the performance of asphalt mixtures with other rubber gradations was improved to varying degrees,of which the high-temperature performance improvement was the most significant,improved by about 217%–337%,the low-temperature cracking resistance was improved by about 17.7%–89.3%,the water stability was improved by about 1.3%–19.5%,the fatigue resistance was improved by 30.6%–186.8%.In these three gradations,the SMA-13 had the optimal high-temperature and low-temperature performance and fatigue resistance,and its water stability was similar to that of AR-AC-13.From the engineering application,after adopting the SMA-13 rubber asphalt mixture in the upper layer of the pavement,the pavement had high evenness without rutting,cracking,loose,or other diseases,showing an excellent comprehensive road performance and long-term utilization effect.
