摘 要:1912年以来,铁路网络率先在华北、东北区域形成。随着经贸活动的增加,人口买卖的市场也随之扩大。诱拐者出于降低成本、提高效率并减少风险,利用铁路进行长距离、跨地区的人口贩运。京奉铁路不仅成为诱拐者利用的重要交通工具,一些车站、站台也成为交易平台,铁路警察在打击拐卖中虽有尽力但难以有效地遏制此类事件发生。诱拐者、受害者与警察等相关人群,在铁路沿线、车站甚至车厢内斗智斗勇。由于市场需求旺盛,加上现代交通体系缺乏有效的管理,人口买卖现象难以禁止。Since the Republic of China era,the railway network initially took shape in the North China and Northeast China regions.As trade and economic activities grew,the market for human trafficking expanded accordingly.To minimize costs and ensure efficiency and safety,traffickers adopted railways for long-distance,cross-regional trafficking operations.The Peking-Mukden Railway not only became a vital conduit for traffickers but also saw certain station platforms transform into trafficking hubs due to their accessibility.Despite the railway police's concerted efforts to curb trafficking,they struggled to exert effective control over these incidents.Along the railway lines,at stations,and even within train carriages,traffickers,victims,and police engaged in a constant cat-and-mouse game.Given the robust market demand and the absence of an effective management framework within the modern transportation network,the phenomenon of human trafficking proved intractable.
