老年糖尿病患者对“互联网+”护理服务需求的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解老年糖尿病患者对“互联网+”护理服务的需求情况,为“互联网+”护理服务的开展提供参考。方法2022年3月-2023年3月采用横断面研究方法,对在百色市右江区某三甲医院就诊的400例老年糖尿病患者进行“互联网+”护理服务需求情况的问卷调查,最终380例完成问卷。采用描述性分析方法分析老年糖尿病患者对“互联网+”护理服务及具体项目的需求情况。结果对“互联网+”护理服务有需求的老年糖尿病患者占55.26%(210/380)。对“互联网+”护理服务需求得分排名前十位的具体项目分别是血糖监测(4.93分)、注射胰岛素(4.90分)、糖尿病足筛查(4.75分)、静脉采血(4.73分)、陪伴做运动操(4.49分)、糖尿病足护理(4.34分)、按照糖尿病饮食下厨(4.33分)、刮痧和(或)拔罐(4.23分)、穴位按摩(4.20分)、耳穴压豆(4.10分)。接受“互联网+”护理服务时最担心的问题或困难包括不能及时提供服务71.05%(270/380)、医护人员专业技术不过关57.89%(220/380)、每次上门服务的医护人员不固定50.00%(190/380)、急救设备不全47.37%(180/380)、个人隐私泄露35.53%(135/380)、与医院没有对接而无法处理应急情况32.37%(123/380)、其他12.63%(48/380)。结论老年糖尿病患者对“互联网+”护理服务的了解程度不高,但对“互联网+”护理服务有较大需求,需求最多的具体项目是专科护理和中医技术。Objective To understand the demand of elderly patients with diabetes for Internet plus care services,so as to provide reference for the development of Internet plus care services.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,a cross-sectional study was carried out to investigate the demand for Internet plus care services among 400 elderly diabetes patients who were being treated in a tertiary hospital in Youjiang district,Baise city.Of the 400 elderly diabetes patients surveyed,380 completed the questionnaire.The descriptive analysis was used to assess the demand of elderly diabetes patients for Internet plus nursing services and specific items.Results Totally 55.26%(210/380)of the elderly diabetes patients indicated a need for Internet plus nursing services.The top 10 specific items in terms of demand for Internet plus nursing services were blood glucose monitoring(4.93 points),insulin injection(4.90 points),diabetes foot screening(4.75 points),venous blood collection(4.73 points),accompanying exercise(4.49 points),diabetes foot care(4.34 points),cooking according to diabetes diet(4.33 points),scraping and/or cupping(4.23 points),acupoint massage(4.20 points),ear point pressing beans(4.10 points).The most common concerns or difficulties when receiving Internet plus nursing services include 71.05%(270/380)of failure to provide services in a timely manner,57.89%(220/380)of medical staff′s professional skills,50.00%(190/380)of medical staff for each on-site service,47.37%(180/380)of incomplete emergency equipment,35.53%(135/380)of personal privacy disclosure,32.37%(123/380)of patients who cannot handle emergency situations due to lack of connection with hospitals,and 12.63%(48/380)of others.Conclusion Elderly patients with diabetes do not have a high level of understanding of Internet plus nursing services,but they have a greater demand for Internet plus nursing services.The specific items that are most needed are specialized nursing and traditional Chinese medicine technology.
