摘 要:目的评价一种商业化金黄色葡萄球菌菌片的稳定性能及消毒效果,为其在现场消毒评价中的应用提供参考依据。方法2022年1月-2023年6月,采用保质期试验、模拟运输试验及模拟消毒现场实验方法,对某商业化菌片的保存有效期、稳定性以及是否影响现场消毒效果进行评价。结果该商业化菌片不同批次之间回收菌量差异较大,但均在国家标准要求范围内。同一批商业化菌片于-20℃冰箱保存3个月、6个月、9个月后,回收菌量分别是(2.36±0.38)×10^(6)、(2.09±0.72)×10^(6)、(2.17±0.35)×10^(6) CFU/片。随着保存时间延长,回收菌量略有下降,但差异无统计学意义(F=0.5012,P>0.05)。模拟运输实验中,4℃运输条件和生物安全箱运输条件下放置2 d后商业化菌片回收菌量略有降低,但差异无统计学意义(F=1.974,P>0.999);30℃模拟运输条件下,存放2 d、3 d后菌片含量下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在冷库低温消毒现场评价中,采用1000 mg/L的低温次氯酸钠消毒液作用30 min后,对商业化菌片和自制菌片的杀菌率和合格率均为100%。结论该商业化菌片在保质期内在-20℃下可稳定保存,4℃、生物安全箱运输条件下放置2 d内对其回收菌量影响不大。在现场消毒效果评价中,与自制菌片的应用效果相当,可广泛应用于消毒学实验。Objective To explore the stability and disinfection effect evaluation of commercial Staphylococcus aureus tablets,so as to provide a reference for their application in the field disinfection evaluation.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,the storage period test,simulated transportation test and simulated disinfection field experiment were used to evaluate the storage period and stability of the commercial bacterial tablets,and whether they affected the field disinfection evaluation.Results The amount of the recovered bacteria varied greatly between different batches of the commercial tablets,but all within the requirements of the national standard.After stored in-20℃ for 3 months,6 months,and 9 months,the amount of recovered bacteria from the same batch was(2.36±0.38)×10^(6),(2.09±0.72)×10^(6),(2.17±0.35)×10^(6) CFU/tablet,respectively.With the extension of the storage time,the amount of recovered bacteria decreased slightly,but the difference was not statistically significant(F=0.5012,P>0.05).In the simulated transport experiment,the amount of bacterial recovered from commercial bacterial tablets was slightly reduced under the conditions of 4°C transportation and biosafety box transportation for 2 days,but there was no statistical significance(F=1.974,P>0.999)However,after 2 or 3 days of transportation at 30℃,the amount of recovered bacteria decreased significantly,which was statistically significant(P<0.001).In the on-site evaluation of low-temperature disinfection in cold storage,the sterilization rate and pass rate of commercial and self-made bacterial tablets were 100%after 30 minutes of application of 1000 mg/L low-temperature sodium hypochlorite disinfectant.Conclusion The commercial bacterial tablets can be stably stored at-20℃ during the shelf life,and have little effect on the amount of bacteria recovered within 2 days of transportation at 4℃ and in a biosafety box.In the field disinfection evaluation,the application effect of the commercial bacterial tablets is equivalent to that of s
