摘  要:饮用水消毒可以有效控制水传播疾病,但消毒过程通常会产生高度危险的消毒副产物,如亚硝胺、三卤甲烷、卤代醛、卤酮和卤乙酸,其中亚硝胺是世界公认的致癌物。国内外研究中亚硝胺通常是以混合物的形式被检测到,但单个亚硝胺仍有较强的毒性作用。本文综述了两种常见亚硝胺——亚硝基二甲胺(NDMA)和亚硝基二乙胺(NDEA)的急性毒性作用、重复剂量毒性、慢性毒性、生殖发育毒性以及免疫毒性及其作用机制,旨在探讨单个亚硝胺暴露的健康风险,为饮用水安全管理提供理论支持。Drinking water disinfection can effectively control waterborne diseases,but the disinfection process usually produces highly hazardous disinfection by-products such as nitrosamines,trihalomethanes,halogenated aldehydes,haloketones,and haloacetic acids,of which nitrosamines are recognized as carcinogens in the world,and nitrosamines are usually detected as mixtures in foreign domestic studies,but individual nitrosamines still have a strong toxic effect,and the present paper reviewed two common types of nitrosamines,nitrosodimethylamine(This paper reviews the acute toxic effects,repeated dose toxicity,chronic toxicity,reproductive developmental toxicity and immunotoxicity of two common nitrosamines,nitrosodimethylamine(NDMA)and nitrosodiethylamine(NDEA),as well as their mechanisms of action,with the aim of generating new data on the health risks of individual nitrosamine exposures,with the aim of providing theoretical support for the safe management of drinking water.
