摘　　要：共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,也是中国式现代化的重要特征。加强民生保障一直是社会建设的重点,也是中国迈向共同富裕之路的重要政策举措。增进民生福祉不仅是实现共同富裕的重要环节,更是助推人的全面发展的重要体现。为此,深入理解增进民生福祉对推进共同富裕的重要性、主要路径和发展趋势,并系统地总结其发展逻辑,进而提出具体的行动策略,具有重大的理论价值和现实意义。在我国民生事业发展的过程中,从“建设财政”到“民生财政”,我国财政政策从基本公共服务、转移支付、社会保障等方面,为我国民生事业助推共同富裕发挥了至关重要的作用。财政资金整体向民生领域倾斜,我国民生事业的发展在城乡居民物质生活、脱贫攻坚、就业、教育、医疗、住房和人的全面发展等方面取得了显著的成就。最后,本文对我国民生事业发展在进一步加大对公共服务现代化和基本公共服务均等化的投入,推进消除两极分化,建立更加完善的就业服务体系和健全社会保障体系,健全覆盖全人群、全生命周期的人口服务体系等方面提出了具体的政策建议。Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of Chinesestyle modernization.Strengthening people's livelihood security has always been the focus of social construction and an important policy for China on the road to common prosperity.Improving people's well-being is not only an important link to achieve common prosperity,but also an important embodiment of boosting people's allround development.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to deeply understand the importance,main path and development trend of improving people's livelihood for promoting common prosperity,systematically summarize its development logic,and then put forward specific action strategies.In the process of the development of the people's livelihood in China,from“construction finance”to“people's livelihood finance,”China's fiscal policy has played a vital role in promoting common prosperity for the people's livelihood in China from the aspects of basic public services,transfer payment,social security and so on.Government funds have been allocated to areas related to people's wellbeing,with spending on social security,employment,education,and health accounting for an increasing proportion.Our country has made remarkable achievements in the material life of urban and rural residents,poverty alleviation,employment,education,medical care,housing and people's all-round development.Finally,for the development of people's livelihood in our country,specific policy suggestions have been put forward to increase the investment in the modernization of public services and the equalization of basic public services,promote the elimination of polarization,establish a more specific employment service system and improve the social security system,improve the population service system covering the whole population and the whole life cycle.
