摘　　要：对新能源渗透下“源网荷储”灵活性调节能力进行分析,灵活性调节包括深度调峰(向下调峰或向上顶峰)、快速调频(快速上下爬坡)和启停能力;对“源网荷储”各自的调节能力进行对比分析;不同类型灵活性资源可以提供不同的电力辅助服务产品,如调峰、调频、备用、黑启动等,以此参与不同的电力辅助服务市场。市场机制可以引导不同的灵活性资源发挥出更大的能力,从而提升新质生产力。This paper analyzes the flexibility regulation capability of"source-grid-load-storage"under the penetration of new energy.Flexibility regulation includes deep peak shaving(downward peak shaving or upward peak shaving),rapid frequency regulation(rapid uphill and downhill climbing),and start-stop capability;A comparative analysis was conducted on the adjustment capabilities of"source-grid-load-storage";Different types of flexible resources can provide different power auxiliary service products,such as peak shaving,frequency regulation,backup,black start,etc.,to participate in different power auxiliary service markets.Market mechanisms can guide different flexible resources to exert greater capabilities,thereby enhancing new quality productive forces.
