数字经济对工业碳排放强度影响的空间效应与机制

摘　　要：在“双碳”目标下,充分发挥数字经济降低工业碳排放强度作用,对于实现工业绿色低碳发展意义重大。利用2011—2022年中国30个省份面板数据,引入空间计量模型考察数字经济对工业碳排放强度的影响与传导机制。研究发现:数字经济发展不仅可以降低本省工业碳排放强度,还能通过溢出效应降低邻近省份工业碳排放强度;数字经济通过提升绿色技术进步、促进工业结构升级,对工业碳排放强度产生不同程度的抑制作用;区域层面上,东部地区数字经济对工业碳排放强度存在负向溢出作用,但中西部地区空间抑制作用并未体现;行业层面上,数字经济对电力热力、燃气和水生产和供应业的碳排放强度具有空间抑制作用,对制造业与采矿业碳排放强度未体现空间抑制作用。Under the goal of“dual carbon”,giving full play to the role of the digital economy in reducing industrial carbon emission intensity is of great significance for achieving green and low-carbon industrial development.Using panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022,a spatial econometric model was introduced to investigate the impact and transmission mechanism of the digital economy on industrial carbon emission intensity.The study found that the development of digital economy can not only reduce the intensity of industrial carbon emissions in the province,but also reduce the intensity of industrial carbon emissions in neighboring provinces through spillover effects.The digital economy exerts varying degrees of inhibitory effects on industrial carbon emission intensity by enhancing green technological progress and promoting industrial structure upgrading.From the direct effect,the inhibitory effect of digital economy on industrial carbon emission intensity in the central and western regions is stronger than that in the eastern regions.From the perspective of spatial spillover effects,the digital economy has a stronger negative spillover effect on industrial carbon emission intensity in eastern regions.
