摘　　要：文章结合文献、政策分析与实证研究,探讨以科普基地为抓手开展科学文化建设的必要性与有效性。研究基于北京朝阳区科普基地的实地调研,深入分析了科普基地在科学文化传播、公众科学素养提升以及社会创新发展中的作用。概述了朝阳区科普基地的建设现状及独特优势,并探讨以科普基地建设为抓手加强科学文化建设所面临的挑战。研究认为科普基地是推动科学文化传播和公众科学素养提升的重要力量,应进一步加强科普基地的建设和管理,发挥其在推动科学文化发展中的重要作用。This article combines literature,policy analysis,and empirical research to explore the effectiveness and impact of using science popularization bases as a starting point for science culture construction.The study is based on on-site investigation of the science popularization base in Chaoyang District,Beijing,and deeply analyzes the role of the science popularization base in scientific and cultural dissemination,public scientific literacy improvement,and social innovation and development.This article provides an overview of the current situation and unique advantages of the construction of science popularization bases in Chaoyang District,and explores the challenges that it faces in strengthening science culture construction through the construction of science popularization bases.This article believes that science popularization bases are an important force in promoting the dissemination of science and culture and improving public scientific literacy.The construction and management of science popularization bases should be further strengthened,and their important role in promoting the development of science and culture should belayed.
