摘　　要：新质生产力是马克思主义生产力理论发展的最新成果。新质生产力的发展与人民群众的物质利益紧密相连,二者价值取向的同构特质体现了新质生产力的人民立场。新质生产力通过推动高质量发展、促进高水平安全、培养高素质人才,展现新的历史条件下发展生产力的重要性。探析新质生产力的人民立场,为进一步平衡经济发展的客观规律与人的价值取向的关系,引领人类社会形态走向“人的自由个性”的发展道路提供价值遵循。The new quality productivity is the latest achievement of the development of Marxist productivity theory.The development of the new quality productive forces is closely linked with the material interests of the people,and the homogeneity of their value orientation profoundly reflects the people-based standpoint of the new quality productive forces.By promoting high-quality development,promoting high-level security and cultivating high-quality talents,the new quality productivity answers the important role of developing productivity under the new historical conditions.The exploration of the people-based position in the new quality productivty may help further balance the relationship between the economic development and people′s value orientation,providing reference for guiding the social formation toward the direction of developing free individuality.
