摘　　要：地方本科高校在落实立德树人根本任务、服务区域文旅产业发展中,要积极践行“两个结合”重要观点,充分发挥高校文化资源丰富、多学科人才集聚、协同创新创业能力突出等方面的优势,全面提升文化育人实效,着力培养深受中华文明滋养、担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,积极服务文旅产业创新发展,充分彰显高校育人使命与文化担当。Local universities are supposed to actively practice the important concept of"two combines"in implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,serving the development of regional culture and tourism industries.In order to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of cultural education and cultivate new talents who are deeply nurtured by Chinese civilization and responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation,local universities should give full play to the advantages of their rich cultural resources,multi-disciplinary talents,outstanding collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities,etc.,serving actively the innovative development of culture and tourism industries and fully demonstrating the mission of cultivating talents and cultural responsibilities they undertake.
