陈撷芬的女性身体观及其对新时代女性体育教育的启示

摘　　要：身体是体育活动的本客体的统一,身体观念深刻影响体育政策与实践。中国近代女性身体意识的觉醒是中国女性接受体育教育的逻辑起点,而陈撷芬正是20世纪初期唤醒中国女性身体意识、重构女性身体形象、探索女性身体教育路径的女性先驱。利用文献资料法,从近代中国社会巨变、女性身体的政治隐喻、女性身体意识觉醒等方面追寻陈撷芬女性身体观的生成逻辑;从身体审美、身体教育、身体权利和身体价值等方面提炼陈撷芬女性身体观的内容,进而探索陈撷芬女性身体观对于女性体育教育的启示:女性体育教育要重视身体美学教育;通过体育教育唤醒女性的身体主体意识;体育教育应强调女性身体的政治使命。对陈撷芬女性身体观的研究不但能丰富体育思想史的内容,对于推动体育教育改革、落实体育强国战略亦有重要意义。The body serves as the unified ontology and object of physical activities,and the perspective of boby influences sport policies and practices profoundly.The awakening of modern Chinese women's body consciousness constitutes the logical starting point for their engagement in physical education.Chen Xiefen emerges as a pioneering figure in the early 2Oth century who awakened Chinese women's body consciousness,reconstructed the female body image,and explored pathways for female physical education.Utilizing the method of literature review,this paper delves into the generative logic of Chen's female body perspective,considering factors such as the social upheavals of modern China,the political metaphor of the body,and the awakening of female body consciousness.The content of Chen's female body perspective is extracted from aspects including body aesthetics,body education,body rights,and body value.Chen Xiefen's perspective offers insights into modern female physical education by emphasizing the importance of body aesthetics education,awakening women's consciousness of their physical selves,and reinforcing the political mission of women's bodies through physical education. This research not only enriches the study ofsports ideology history, but also holds significance for the reform of female physical education and the implementationof the strategy to build China into a leading sporting nation.
