肉桂和丁香挥发油联用抑制牙周炎致病菌作用研究

摘　　要：本文旨在研究肉桂和丁香挥发油单用或联用对牙周炎主要致病菌的抑制效果。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取肉桂和丁香挥发油,测定两者对具核梭杆菌、中间普氏菌等7种牙周炎主要致病菌的抑菌圈直径、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)以及联用后的抑菌活性。结果表明,肉桂挥发油对7种试验菌的抑菌圈直径范围为10~42 mm,MIC值范围为2.5~20 mg/mL;丁香挥发油对各试验菌的抑菌圈直径范围为8~25mm,MIC值范围为5~40mg/mL。两者联用后对不同菌种抑制增效程度有所差异,对中间普氏菌表现出协同作用,对具核梭杆菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、内氏放线菌和变异链球菌表现出相加作用,对粘性放线菌和白假丝酵母菌表现为无关作用。In order to study the antimicrobial effects of cinnamon volatile oil and cloves volatile oil on periodontal pathogens.Cinnamon and cloves volatile oil were extracted by steam distillation.The inhibition zone diameters,minimum inhibition concentrations(MICs)and the antimicrobial activities of two volatile oils compound on periodontal pathogen(such as Fusobacteriumnueleatum,Prevotella inbermedia and so on).Cinnamon vloatgilo oil showed that different antimicrobial effects against different experimental strains with their inhibition zone diameters range from10 to 42 mm,and their MICrange from2.5 to 20 mg/mL.Cloves vloatgilo oil showed that different antimicrobial effects against different experimental strains with their inhibition zone diameters range from 8 to 25 mm,and their MIC range from5 to 40 mg/mL.The combined use of cinnamon and cloves vloatgilo oils had synergic effects on P.intermedia,additive effects on F.nucleatum,P.gingivalis,A.naeslundii S.mutans,and indifferent effects on A.viscosus and C.albicans.
