黄连膏化学成分、药理作用和临床应用及质量标志物预测分析

摘　　要：黄连膏为清热解毒活血消肿的经典名方,现代临床多用于治疗皮肤科疾病及肛肠科疾病;黄连膏有抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化和促进创面修复等作用。本文从化学成分、药理作用和临床应用等方面对黄连膏的研究进展进行综述,并根据中药质量标志物(Quality marker,Q-Marker)的“五原则”,预测分析黄连膏的质量标志物。结果表明,小檗碱、表小檗碱、黄连碱、巴马汀、药根碱、黄柏碱、姜黄素、姜黄酮、梓醇、地黄苷D、毛蕊花糖苷、阿魏酸、藁本内酯、洋川芎内酯I可作为黄连膏的质量标志物,为黄连膏后续相关制剂的质量控制以及研究奠定基础。Huanglian ointment is a classic formula for clearing heat and removing toxins,activating blood circulation and reducing swelling,and is now mostly used in the treatment of dermatological and anorectal diseases in modern clinics,with anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,anti-oxidant and wound-repairing effects.In this study,we reviewed the research progress on the chemical composition,pharmacological effect and clinical application of Huanglian ointment,and predicted and analysed the quality marker of Huanglian ointment based on the"five principles"of the quality marker(Q-Marker)of traditional Chinese medicine.The results showed that berberine,epiberberine,coptisine,palmatine,jatrorrhizine,phellodendrine,curcumin,turmerone,ferulic acid,ligustilide,and senkyunolide I,ligustilide,catalpol,rhmannioside D,acteosidecan be used as the Q-markers of the flavanine paste,and these Q-marker components can be selected as the indexes,with a viewto providing references to the quality control of the flavanine paste-related formulations as well as to the subsequent researches.
