摘 要:中药复杂体系是由多种生物活性成分组成的,这些成分在体内外通过复杂的相互作用发挥着治疗作用。随着科学技术的发展,多组学分析技术已经成为研究中药复杂体系的重要工具。多组学分析技术,包括基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等,能够全面地揭示中药成分在分子层面的作用机制,为中药的现代化研究和临床应用提供了新的视角和方法。本综述重点总结了中药复杂体系概述,不同组学分析技术的效用,多组学分析技术在中药复杂体系的药效解析、分子层面阐释、疗效及安全性的优势,探明中药学与分子生物学等多学科交叉对中药复杂体系深入发展的优化策略,以促进中药复杂体系的深入发展。The complex systemof traditional Chinese medicine is composed of multiple bioactive components,which exert therapeutic effects through complex interactions in vivo and in vitro.With the development of science and technology,multi-omics analysis technology has become an important tool to study the complex systemof traditional Chinesemedicine.Multi-omics analysis techniques,including genomics,proteomics,metabolomics,etc.,can comprehensively reveal the mechanismof action of TCMcomponents at the molecular level,and provide newperspectives and methods for the modernisation research and clinical application of TCM.This reviewfocuses on summarising the overviewof the complex systemof TCM,the utility of different histological analysis techniques,the advantages of multi-omics analysis techniques in the analysis of pharmacodynamics,molecular level elucidation,therapeutic efficacy and safety of the complex systemof TCM,and exploring the optimisation strategies of the interdisciplinary intersection of TCMand molecular biology for the in-depth development of the complex systemof TCM,in order to promote the in-depth development of the complex systemof TCM.
