摘 要:基于中国2005—2019年30个省份面板数据,通过SE-SBM模型测算全要素能源效率,研究产业结构升级对全要素能源效率的影响效应,探究技术创新和能源结构优化在其中发挥的调节作用。结果表明,产业结构升级对全要素能源效率具有正向显著作用。产业结构合理化每增加1个单位,全要素能源效率提高0.100;产业结构高级化每增加1个单位,全要素能源效率提高0.249。技术创新和能源结构优化在产业结构升级和全要素能源效率起正向调节作用,且调节效应在产业结构合理化和产业结构高级化之间存在差异。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2005 to 2019,the total factor energy efficiency is measured through the SE-SBM model to study the impact of industrial structure upgrading on total factor energy efficiency,and explore the moderating role of technological innovation and energy structure optimization.The empirical results show that the upgrading of industrial structure has a positive and significant effect on total factor energy efficiency.With every unit increasing in the rationalization of the industrial structure,the total factor energy efficiency will increase by 0.100 while with each unit of industrial structure upgrading,the total factor energy efficiency increases by 0.249.Technological innovation and energy structure optimization play a positive role in regulating the upgrading of industrial structure and total factor energy efficiency,and there is a difference in the moderating effect between the rationalization of industrial structure and the upgrading of industrial structure.
