摘 要:控制物流成本是现代企业提升市场竞争力的重要手段,企业物流成本系统复杂,仅从单个角度出发,易发生二律背反效应,故从系统的角度出发,利用系统动力学构建企业物流成本系统模型。为了验证模型的有效性,以家具企业M公司为例进行模型的动态仿真。结果表明,运输成本、库存量以及各项单位成本是影响物流总成本的关键因素,采取针对性的优化措施,物流总成本能够得到显著控制,可为其他企业控制物流成本提供范例参考。Logistics cost control is an important means for modern enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness.The logistics cost system of enterprises is complex,and antinomy effects are prone to occur only from a single point of view.Therefore,from the perspective of the system,the system model of logistics cost of enterprises is constructed by system dynamics to verify the effectiveness of the model,and the dynamic simulation of the model is conducted by taking M Company,a furniture company,as an example.The results indicate that transportation costs,inventory levels,and each unit costs are key factors affecting the total logistics cost.Through targeted optimization measures,the total logistics cost has been significantly controlled,providing a reference model for other companies to control logistics costs.
