中国人力资源服务业研究回溯与前瞻——基于CiteSpace知识图谱的文献计量分析

摘　　要：以CNKI期刊库中人力资源服务业相关文献作为数据来源,采用文献计量法,运用CiteSpace工具进行定量分析与信息挖掘,基于可视化知识图谱展现中国人力资源服务业研究的空间分布特征以及演进脉络。结果显示,中国人力资源服务业研究热点呈现渐次多元化的变化趋势,人力资源服务业的研究成果分为人力资源服务业概况、促进人力资源服务业发展的政府职能和相关文件、国外人力资源服务业的现况趋势及启示、人力资源服务业与“外包”、人力资源服务与人力资源市场、人力资源服务业与劳动力市场、我国人力资源服务产业园区的发展和“互联网+”、共享经济与人力资源服务业八个方面。Based on the relevant literature of human resource service industry in CNKI journal database as the data source,this paper uses bibliometric method,CiteSpace tool for quantitative analysis and information mining to show the spatial distribution characteristics and evolution of Chinese human resource service industry research based on visual knowledge graph.The results show that the research hotspots of Chinese human resources service industry show a trend of gradual diversification and the research of the human resource service industry are divided into eight aspects:the overview of the human resource service industry,the government functions and related documents that promote the development of the human resource service industry,the current trend and enlightenment of the foreign human resource service industry,the human resource service industry and“outsourcing”,the human resource service industry and the human resource market,the human resource service industry and the labor market,the development of China's human resource service industrial park and“Internet+”,the sharing economy and the human resource service industry.
