摘 要:目的:探讨红外热像图检测在鼻咽癌(NPC)诊断中的可行性与准确性。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年5月期间于我院就诊的52例NPC患者作为试验组,并与同期52名正常体检者进行对照,两组均接受红外热像图检测,计算ROI(额窦、上颌窦、筛窦、颈部淋巴结分区ⅡB区、面部)的平均温度。结果:试验组ROI温度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),经治疗后温度显著下降(P<0.05),且与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。红外热像图检测对NPC诊断的敏感性达70.1%,特异性为88.8%。结论:红外热像图检测在NPC诊断中显示出良好的敏感性和特异性,为无创、低成本的NPC诊断方法提供了有力证据,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective:To investigate the feasibility and accuracy of infrared thermography detection in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods:52 NPC patients who visited our hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the experimental group,and compared with 52 normal examinees during the same period.Both groups underwent infrared thermography detection,and the average temperature of the ROI(frontal sinus,maxillary sinus,ethmoid sinus,cervical lymph node zoneⅡB,and facial area)was calculated.Results:The temperature in the ROI of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and after treatment,the temperature decreased significantly(P<0.05),with no significant difference compared to the control group(P>0.05).The sensitivity of infrared thermography detection for NPC diagnosis is 70.1%,and the specificity is 88.8%.Conclusion:Infrared thermography detection has shown good sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of NPC,providing strong evidence for non-invasive and low-cost NPC diagnosis methods,and has clinical promotion and application value.
