摘　　要：为了探讨公益性特种设备检验机构电梯定期检验工作的发展思路,本文通过对市场监管系统内市级公益性检验机构在电梯检验检测分离试点期间的电梯定期检验工作情况的调研和分析,得出市级检验机构应建立公益性检验机构全面质量管理体系,保证全过程的质量控制;应持续壮大特种设备检验技术力量,切实提高特种设备检验工作质量和技术把关水平,不断向权威化、专业化方向发展;突出支撑安全监察的首要职责,全面完成各类检验任务,发挥好电梯检验兜底保障作用。In order to explore the development idea of the regular inspection of elevators of public welfare inspection institutions,this paper concludes that municipal inspection institutions should establish comprehensive public welfare inspection institutions through the investigation and analysis of elevator regular inspection work during the pilot period of elevator inspection and testing separation of municipal public welfare inspection institutions in the market supervision system,quality management system to ensure the quality control of the whole process.We should continue to strengthen the technical force of special equipment inspection,effectively improve the quality and technical control level of special equipment inspection work,and continue to develop in the direction of authority and specialization,highlight the primary responsibility of supporting safety supervision,fully complete various inspection tasks,and give full play to the role of elevator inspection.
