双源CT大螺距前瞻性双次扫描模式在冠心病诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究双源计算机断层扫描技术(CT)大螺距前瞻性双次扫描模式在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法:搜集2024年4月-2024年11月广东省梅州市兴宁市人民医院收治的60例疑似冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组。患者均接受双源CT检查,研究组采用大螺距前瞻性双次扫描模式,对照组采用前瞻性心电门控轴扫描模式。比较两组对冠心病的诊断效能、图像质量评分和CT辐射剂量。结果:以临床综合诊断结果为金标准,研究组诊断冠心病的灵敏度92.00%、特异度80.00%、准确率为90.00%,与对照组88.46%、75.00%、86.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组图像主观评分较对照组明显较低,平均CT值、SNR、CNR较对照组明显较高(P<0.05)。研究组CT辐射剂量较对照组明显低(P<0.05)。结论:双源CT大螺距前瞻性双次扫描模式在冠心病诊断中有较高价值,对冠心病诊断效能较高,有辐射剂量低、图像质量高的明显优势。Objective:The study aimed to explore the value of dual-source computed tomography(CT)large pitch prospective dual scan mode in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:60 patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to the Xingning People's Hospital,Meizhou City,Guangdong Province from April 2024 to November 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group.All patients were examined by dual-source CT.Large-pitch prospective dual-scan mode was used in the study group,and prospective electrocardiographic gated axis scan mode was used in the control group.The diagnostic efficacy,image quality score and CT radiation dose of CHD were compared between the two groups.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the study group were 92.00%,80.00%and 90.00%respectively,compared with 88.46%,75.00%and 86.67%of the control group(P>0.05).The subjective image score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the average CT value,SNR and CNR were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CT radiation dose of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dual-source CT with large pitch prospective dual-scan mode has high value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,high diagnostic efficiency,low radiation dose and high image quality.
