摘　　要：目的:研究64排螺旋CT头颈联合CTA扫描技术的临床应用。方法:本研究研究对象为2023年1月-2023年12月期间,疑似头颈部血管病变来我院进行头颈部CTA检查的80例患者,将这些检查者随机分为两组,对照组和研究组分别为40例,其中对照组的检查方式为造影剂浓度实时监控触发技术,研究组的检查方式为64排螺旋CT头颈联合CTA扫描技术,分别记录两组检查者动脉和静脉CT值、造影剂用量和延迟扫描时间,并将结果进行比较;将研究组和对照组图像进行分析,按照CTA图像评价标准进行评价。结果:研究组检查者动脉和静脉CT值对比度明显高于对照组动脉和静脉CT值对比度,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组造影剂使用量和延迟扫描时间短于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);将研究组和对照组图像进行分析,按照CTA图像评价标准进行评价,图像都达到优秀。结论:64排螺旋CT头颈联合CTA扫描技术具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广使用。Objective:To study the clinical application of 64-slice spiral CT head and neck combined with CTA scanning.Methods:A total of 80 patients with suspected head and neck vascular lesions who underwent examination from January 2023-December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each of the control group and the study group,of which the control group underwent real-time monitoring of contrast concentration triggering technology,and the study group underwent 64-slice spiral CT head and neck combined with CTA scanning technology,and the arterial and venous CT values,contrast agent dosage and delayed scanning time of the two groups were recorded and compared.The images of the study group and the control group were analyzed,and the evaluation was carried out according to the CTA image evaluation.Results:The contrast between arterial and venous CT values in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of contrast agent used and the delayed scanning time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The images of the study group and the control group were analyzed,and the evaluation was carried out according to the CTA image evaluation,and all of them were excellent.Conclusion:The 64-slice spiral CT head and neck combined CTA scanning technology has high application value and is worthy of clinical popularization.
