摘　　要：模块化是工业化建筑发展的重要技术主线,然而相关讨论往往局限于技术层面,缺乏对空间体系的深入研究。本文通过研究不同工业化阶段模块化建筑体系的实践原型,梳理了5种不同文化技术背景下模块化建筑体系的演变与特征,揭示了新工业化时代数字模块化建筑体系的新路径。最后,通过分析作者亲身参与的两个数字模块化实践项目,提炼了当代模块化建筑体系的新语汇,为模块化建筑的价值取向提供了发展方向。Modularization is an important technical main line in the development of industrialized buildings.However,relevant discussions are often limited to the technical level and lack research on its spatial system.By combing the practical prototypes of modular building systems at different industrialization stages,this paper combs the evolution and characteristics of modular building systems under five different cultural and technical backgrounds,and reveals a new path for the digital modular building system in the new industrialization era.Finally,by analyzing two digital modular practice projects experienced by the author,the new vocabulary of the contemporary modular building system is condensed to provide a development direction for the value orientation of modular buildings.
