摘  要:深部矿井近距离煤层群开采后期在上煤层易产生一侧本煤层采空、一侧下煤层采空的类孤岛工作面,其位置设计对于工作面的采动强度有直接影响。结合新街一井地质及开采条件,通过现场调研与分析,提出了近距离上煤层类孤岛面围岩的“下”型结构,并阐述了其开采隐患因素。根据此类孤岛面与下煤层实体煤的位置关系提出了3类布面方案,并基于离散元数值软件建立了8种类孤岛面布置模型。研究结果表明,当类孤岛面布置在内错下煤层实体煤且错距为25 m左右时,巷道实体煤帮峰值应力增高系数降至1.5以下,煤柱帮应力出现明显的下降段,在该位置布置工作面较为适宜。同时考虑到实际此类孤岛面存在厚层坚硬顶板的情况,提出了“合理布面+顶板预裂+卸后再采”技术,为现场相关工程提供借鉴参考。In the later period of mining in deep contiguous coal seams group,an island-like working face is likely to form in the upper coal seam with ongoing seam goaf on one side and lower seam goaf on the other side,and the location design of the face directly affects the mining intensity.Combining with the geological and mining conditions of Xinjie No.1 Mine,in terms of on-site investigation and analysis,the‘T plus dash’type structure of island-like face wall rock in upper contiguous coal seams is proposed and the potential mining risk factors are elaborated.Three layout schemes are proposed based on the positional relationship between island-like face and solid coal in lower coal seam,and eight island-like face layout models are established based on discrete element numerical software.It is concluded that the solid coal in the coal seam should be staggered downwards on the island-like face,and when the staggered distance is about 25 m,the peak stress increase coefficient of the solid coal seam side decreases to below 1.5,and the stress of the coal pillar seam apparently decreases,which turned out to be a rational face layout.Considering a possible thick and hard roof on island-like face,we put forward the method of rational layout plus roof pre-splitting and mining after pressure relief,which provides a reference for similar ongoing projects.
