摘 要:针对综放工作面液压支架回撤速度慢、转向过程液压支架底板下陷和易侧倾倒架等控制难题,综合采用现场调研、数值模拟和理论分析方法,开发了综放工作面液压支架安全回撤平台,分析了该回撤平台的主要结构和运行流程,模拟研究了液压支架和回撤平台作用过程中的应力和位移特征,并在水峪煤业典型综放面进行了现场工业性试验,综合应用效果良好,对类似综放面液压支架安全回撤提供一定参考。Aiming at the challenges of slow dismantlement of hydraulic supports in fully mechanized top-coal caving face,subsidence of hydraulic support base plate during steering,and tilting of supports,the comprehensive methods including onsite investigation,numerical simulation,and theoretical analysis methods were adopted to develop the safe dismantlement platform of hydraulic supports for fully mechanized top-coal caving face.The main structure and operating process of the retraction platform were analyzed,and the stress and displacement characteristics during the process between hydraulic supports and dismantlement platform were simulated and studied.Field industrial tests were conducted on typical top-coal caving face in Shuiyu Coal Mine,and the application effect was favorable,providing a certain reference for safe dismantlement of hydraulic supports in similar face.
