摘　　要：目的探讨低分子肝素对中重度妊娠期高血压孕妇血压控制、血流动力学指标及肾功能的影响。方法选取西峡县人民医院产科2021年4月至2023年4月期间收治的96例中重度妊娠期高血压孕妇作为研究对象,利用数表法随机分为两组。单药组患者采用拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗,联合组患者在单药组的基础上增加低分子肝素治疗。对比两组患者血压控制水平、子宫动脉血流参数、凝血功能、肾功能及妊娠结局。结果治疗后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压、子宫动脉血流参数均降低,且联合组更低(P<0.05)。两组患者凝血功能、肾功能指标、妊娠结局发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低分子肝素可以控制中重度妊娠期高血压孕妇血压水平,改善子宫动脉血流参数。Objective To investigate the effect of low molecular weight heparin on blood pressure control,hemodynamic indexes and renal function in pregnant women with moderate to severe gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 96 pregnant women with moderate to severe gestational hypertension in Department of Obstetrics,Xixia People’s Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method.The single drug group was treated with labetalol and magnesium sulfate,and the combination group was treated with low molecular weight heparin based on the control group.The blood pressure control level,uterine artery blood flow parameters,coagulation function,renal function and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and uterine artery blood flow parameters were decreased in both two groups,and the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the coagulant function,renal function indexes,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin can control blood pressure and improve uterine artery blood flow parameters in women with moderate to severe gestational hypertension.
