摘  要:通过实验室定量分析和工业现场试验,确定了介质循环量为影响重介质旋流器分选效果的重要参数之一,尤其是入洗原煤中中煤和矸石含量较高时,建议介/煤比不要低于5.5,否则会因为二段介/煤比不足而出现矸石带中煤问题。In this paper,by laboratory quantitative analysis and industrial site tests,it is determined that the heavy medium circulation flowrate is an important parameter to effect the separation performance of heavy medium cyclone,especially for the raw coal with high content of middlings and gangue condition.It is recommended that the ratio of medium to coal should not be lower than 5.5.Otherwise it maybe occur that some middlings will misplace to the gangue product due to the insufficient ratio of medium to coal in the secondary separation stage.
