摘　　要：针对五举煤矿选煤厂原脱粉工艺存在的问题,根据该厂入选原煤煤质特性,采用以超级无压三产品旋流器为主选设备的原煤不分级、不脱泥重介分选工艺对该厂进行技术改造。生产实践表明,综合精煤产品灰分10.20%,发热量高达25.42 MJ/kg,综合矸石灰分高达88.03%,发热量仅为0.96 MJ/kg,改造效果良好,取得了良好的经济社会效益。The Wuju Coal Mine upgraded the coal preparation process in terms of raw coal properties against the issues occurred during fines removal out of raw coal by introducing the no sizing&no desliming super gravity-feed 3-P cyclone.With the improved line,the clean coal ash is down to 10.20%with calorific value up to 25.42 MJ/kg and refuse ash rise to 88.03%with calorific value only 0.96 MJ/kg,which turns out outstanding performance and brings exceptional economic social benefits.
