摘　　要：分析了孔庄选煤厂粗煤泥分选系统运行情况,重点对TBS煤泥分选机单机分选效果和粗精煤泥回收工艺效果进行评定,分析分选过程中存在的问题,并提出改进措施,为全面掌握粗煤泥系统运行情况提供可靠依据,对后续持续改进优化提供指导;研究成果可为其他选煤厂粗煤泥分选系统改进工作提供参考。This paper analyzes the operation of the crude refined coal recovery system in Kongzhuang Coal preparation plant,focuses on the evaluation of the sorting effect of single TBS coal slime separator and the recovery process effect of crude refined coal slime,analyzes the problems existing in the sorting process,and puts forward improvement suggestions,which provides a reliable basis for comprehensively learning the operation of the crude refined coal system and provides guidance for continuous improvement and optimization.The research results can provide guidance for the improvement of coarse and refined coal sorting system in other coal preparation plants.
