摘 要:针对印尼煤在堆放过程中出现高温自燃,导致经济损失和环境污染的问题,以国能集团大型印尼煤煤堆为研究对象,探索了煤堆的高温区位置,研究了苫布遮盖和煤堆压实两种物理措施预防煤堆高温自燃的效果,分析了煤堆温度、气体和热值的变化以及冒烟情况。结果表明,煤堆的高温区分布在煤堆垂直高度2~4 m,深度2 m左右的区域,高温点基本位于侧风位置;苫布遮盖物理预防措施略优于煤堆压实,相对空白堆能减少一半以上的热值损失。试验为大型煤堆高温区监测、热值损失以及煤堆自燃物理防治措施提供参考依据。In order to solve the problem of high temperature spontaneous combustion of Indonesian coal during the stacking process,resulting in economic losses and environmental pollution.In this study,the location of the high-temperature area of the coal pile was explored,the effects of two physical measures of tarpaulin covering and coal pile compaction to prevent high-temperature spontaneous combustion of the coal pile were studied,and the changes of coal pile temperature,gas and calorific value,as well as the apperance of the smoke were analyzed.The results show that the high temperature zone of the coal pile is distributed in the area of the vertical height of the coal pile of 2~4 m and the depth of the coal pile is about 2 m,and the high temperature point is basically located in the crosswind position.The test provides a reference for the monitor of pile temperature,physical control measures of calorific value loss and spontaneous combustion of large coal piles.
