煤炭检验数据审核方法研究

摘　　要：在如今的煤炭交易过程中,由于各种原因所造成的价格波动,使得煤炭买卖各方对煤质检验报告的要求提高,直接给第三方检验机构带来了全新的挑战,因此,数据审核人员的工作显得尤为重要,分析了煤炭检验的采样、制样、检测过程中影响煤炭检验结果的因素,提出采用全水分与空干基水分比值、干基高位热值与干基灰分比值、干燥无灰基挥发分等数据进行审核的方法,以此来保证数据的准确性。In the current coal trading process,price fluctuations caused by various reasons have increased the requirements of coal buyers and sellers for coal quality inspection reports,directly bringing new challenges to third-party inspection agencies.Therefore,the work of data auditors is particularly important.The factors affecting coal inspection in the sampling,preparation,and testing process were analyzed,and a method was proposed to use the ratio of total moisture to air-dried moisture,the ratio of gross calorific value to dry ash content,and other data for audit to ensure the accuracy of the data.
