摘 要:分析了东曲选煤厂6~3 mm粒级重介质旋流器分选精煤、中煤、矸石的密度组成,进而计算了分配率和错配物含量,并给出了重介质旋流器分选密度调控建议。对1.40~1.80 g/cm^(3)中煤进行了磨矿-絮凝浮选实验,结果发现:当磨矿细度为75.85%的物料-0.010 mm时,在添加1000 g/t六偏磷酸钠、7 g/t PAM、1500 g/t煤油、200 g/t仲辛醇的条件下,采用絮凝浮选可回收产率为40.44%、灰分为11.75%的合格精煤。In this paper,the density composition of 6~3 mm clean coal,middlings and gangue of heavy medium cyclone in Dongqu Coal Preparation Plant was analyzed,and then the distribution rate and mismatch content were calculated,and the suggestions for the density control of heavy medium cyclone were proposed.In addition,grinding-flocculation flotation experiments for the middlings with the density of 1.40~1.80 g/cm^(3)were conducted.The results showed that when the grinding fineness was 75.85%-0.010 mm,the clean coal with a yield of 40.44%and an ash content of 11.75%was obtained by flocculation flotation under the addition of 1000 g/t sodium hexametaphosphate,7 g/t PAM,1500 g/t kerosene and 200 g/t sec-octyl alcohol.
