摘　　要：介绍了华荣能源攀枝花精煤分公司巴关河选煤厂多产品洗选工艺技术的应用。通过开展市场调研发现用户对高灰分瘦精煤、低灰焦精煤和高热值的中煤产品需求旺盛,同时综合测算,生产高灰分的瘦精煤产品、低灰焦精煤和高热值的中煤产品经济效益更高。因此,在原巴关河选煤厂工艺基础上进行多产品洗选工艺改造,使其同时具备生产低灰分焦精煤、高灰分瘦精煤、高热值中煤和低热值中煤四种主要产品的工艺条件。The application of multi-product washing technology in Baguanhe Coal preparation Plant of Panzhihua Clean Coal Company of Huarong Energy was introduced.Through market research,it is found that users have strong demand for high-ash lean refined coal,low-ash coke refined coal and high-calorific value medium coal products.Meanwhile,comprehensive calculation shows that the production of high-ash lean refined coal products,low-ash coke refined coal and high-calorific value medium coal products has higher economic benefits.Therefore,the multi-product washing process has been reformed on the basis of the former Banguanhe coal preparation plant,so that it can simultaneously produce four main products:low ash coking coal,high ash lean coal,high calorific value medium coal and low calorific value medium coal.
