摘 要:选煤厂数字料仓系统是一种综合管理系统,它集成了物料性质检测、配仓及配煤于一体。随着数据时代的发展,各行业如化工厂、电厂等对煤炭的热值具有严格的要求,数字料仓系统能够精准掌控入仓前、仓内、出仓装车时煤炭的热值、体积,从而达到精准控制仓内煤炭体积,提高煤仓的安全系数,还能够保证出仓装车质量,包含装车的平整度、热值、重量等重要参数。The digital silo system of coal preparation plant is an integrated management system,which integrates material property detection,bin distribution and coal blending.With the development of the data age,various industries such as chemical plants and power plants have strict requirements for the calorific value of coal,and the digital silo system can accurately control the calorific value and volume of coal before,in and out of the silo loading,so as to accurately control the volume of coal in the silos,improve the safety factor of the coal bunker,and ensure the quality of loading out of the silos,including important parameters such as flatness,calorific value,and weight.
