摘　　要：概述了纳林河选煤厂安全管理现状,探索并提出了完善优化管理制度、明确安全目标、风险隐患双预控、优化四项考核制度、推进安标化建设及凸显科技保安作用等安全管理制度的具体措施,应用实践表明,纳林河选煤厂通过落实安全责任,全面夯实安全管理基础,实现了安全生产目标,安全态势稳定向好,同时为其他选煤厂的安全管理提供借鉴。This article summarizes the current situation of safety management in the Nalinhe Coal Preparation Plant,explores and proposes specific measures to improve and optimize the management system,clarify safety objectives,double pre control of risks and hidden dangers,optimize the four assessment systems,promote safety standardization construction,and highlight the role of technology and security.The application practice shows that the Nalinhe Coal Preparation Plant has achieved safety production goals by implementing safety responsibilities,comprehensively consolidating the foundation of safety management,and stabilizing the safety situation.At the same time,it provides reference for the safety management of other coal preparation plants.
