煤矸石充填免水洗管实验可行性研究

摘  要:煤矿充填完成后需进行洗管,为降低充填洗管的水资源消耗,避免洗管水对采场造成影响,采用煤矸石浆体作为一种新型充填洗管材料,将其输送至充填管道中,替换管道中的充填料浆,并预存于管道中,下次充填时充填料浆将煤矸石浆推出,就可以达到免水洗管的目的。通过对煤矸石的各项性质参数进行检测,并进行前期小样试验,确定了使用质量浓度为80%,初始塌落度为260 mm的煤矸石浆体进行半工业环管试验,以进一步论证其可行性。环管试验证明:由于水分的蒸发,管道输送阻力与煤矸石浆体在管道中的留置时间成正比,留置48 h后煤矸石浆体的塌落度降低至250 mm,仍具备较好的流动性与泵送性能,可以实现充填免水洗管的目的。After filling,pipe washing is required,in order to reduce the water consumption of pipe washing and avoid the impact of pipe washing water on the quarry,this paper adopts the gangue slurry as a new type of pipe washing material,which is transported to the filling pipe,replaces the filling slurry in the pipe and is pre-stored in the pipe,so that the next time the filling slurry pushes out the gangue slurry to achieve the purpose of free pipe washing.Through the detection of various nature parameters of the gangue,and pre-sample test,determined the use of 80%mass concentration,the initial collapse degree of 260mm gangue slurry for semi-industrial ring pipe test,in order to further demonstrate its feasibility.Ring pipe test proved that:due to the evaporation of water,pipe conveying resistance and gangue slurry in the pipe retention time is proportional to the gangue slurry after 48 hours of retention of the gangue slurry of the collapsed degree of reduction to 250mm,still has a good mobility and pumping performance,can achieve the purpose of filling water-free pipe washing.
