摘  要:在低碳电力的背景下,电力系统碳责任在各利益主体之间的分摊研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。发电机组和负荷作为电力系统的重要组成部分,两者都应该承担起电力系统节能减排的责任。文中提出利用合作博弈理论,基于Shapley值分摊方法对发电侧和负荷侧进行碳责任分摊,将双侧碳责任分摊机制与仅在发电侧碳责任分摊和仅在负荷侧碳责任分摊机制进行比较。在双侧碳责任分摊机制中,通过将碳责任分摊给发电机组和负荷,使发电机组和负荷共同承担电力系统节能减排的责任,能激励发电机组和负荷的降耗减排行为,降低系统碳排放。In the context of low-carbon electricity,the study of the apportionment of the carbon responsibility of the power system among the subjects of interest is of great theoretical and practical significance.Generating units and loads,as an important part of the power system,both should bear the responsibility of energy saving and emission reduction of the power system.The paper proposes to utilize the cooperative game theory to apportion the carbon responsibility between the power generation side and the load side based on the Shapley value apportionment method,and compares the bilateral carbon responsibility apportionment mechanism with the carbon responsibility apportionment on the power generation side only and the carbon responsibility apportionment on the load side only.In the dual-side carbon responsibility sharing mechanism,by sharing the carbon responsibility to the generating units and loads,the generating units and loads share the responsibility of energy saving and emission reduction of the power system,which can motivate the generating units and loads to reduce consumption and emission,and reduce the carbon emission of the system.
